DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Large or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. Ski and snowboard shipping will be calculated automatically.
  • Most orders will be shipped the next business day using USPS insured or Fed Ex ground.
  • We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
  • We will always let you know if your shipment will be delayed for any reason.
  • 2-day or priority shipping is available and is quoted per order.
  • Free ground shipping applies only to locations in the continental US.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase it may be returned for credit, exchange or refund within 30 days. Please call or e-mail us for instructions.

  • The item must be unused and in the original condition that it was sent, including all tags, packaging and accessories.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • When returning items to us, we recommend shipping UPS or USPS insured.
  • Merchandise paid with a credit card will be credited to your card.
  • Once the item has been used it cannot be returned or refunded. The only exception would be the case of a defective product. In order to return a defective product you must obtain a return authorization from our customer service department.
